Gold VPN Setup Guide

Get connected with Gold VPN. Keep your activation email handy: it contains your VPN username, password and expiry date.

1. Install VPNclient on your device

Gold VPN uses the VPNclient app. Choose the link for your device below. Your VPN login comes from your Gold VPN activation email, not your Shopify store password.

On a TV, download the TV APK using a browser or downloader app that you trust. If your device asks for permission to install it, allow that installer only for this installation and turn the permission off afterwards. Device menus vary. Contact us if you need help.

2. Sign in with your VPN login

Open VPNclient.
Enter the username and password from your Gold VPN activation email. Copy them carefully, without spaces before or after.
If your device asks to allow a VPN connection or install a VPN configuration, approve it to continue.

3. Choose a location and connect

Choose an available server location. A nearby location is a useful starting point.
Press the connect control and wait until the app reports that it is connected.
Use the disconnect control whenever you want to end the connection.

Need help connecting?

No activation email: Check your spam or junk folder. Your order receipt and VPN activation email are separate messages.
Login rejected: Use your VPN username and password, check for extra spaces and check the expiry date in your activation email.
Unable to connect: Confirm that your internet works, disconnect and try another server, then restart the app.
Another VPN is running: Disconnect it before connecting Gold VPN.
Connection drops: Try a different server or another protocol offered by the app.

Contact our support team and include your order number, device model, app version and the error message. Never send your VPN password or a screenshot containing it.

Keep your login private and follow the device allowance for your purchased package. Refer to your activation email for your subscription expiry date.
